Processing Times

Local Pickup is Available at checkout.
Please allow processing of 2-5 business days from purchase for orders to be shipped.
Shipping times may be longer during the holiday season and because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
‘PRE-ORDER’ items have longer processing times, usually about 3-4 weeks. This may vary slightly depending on the items.
Please note that order processing times may be longer during sale events and holidays.

USA Standard
- Free shipping on orders above USD 150*
- $9 flat rate shipping, 3-5 business days ($0-$50.00)
- $11 flat rate shipping, 3-5 business days ($50.001-$75.00)
- $13 flat rate shipping, 3-5 business days ($75.01-$120)
- $15 flat rate shipping, 3-5 business days ($120.01-$149.99)
USA EXPRESS

Canada
- Free shipping on orders above USD 250*
- Rates are calculated at checkout
- No signature option
International Shipping
- Rates are calculated at checkout
- DHL express shipping 1-3 business days
- Signature available
We will not be held accountable for any lost or stolen packages. We strongly recommend shipping with a signature.
Shipment via DHL will automatically have a signature.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.
*Free shipping is not available on certain products.
Customs Charges
Please note that some countries may impose duties and taxes on shipments crossing international borders. The fees vary between countries and we have no control over them. Customers will be responsible for those charges.
Order Not Delivered
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or customs clearance of the destination country.
If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days or contact the shipping company.

Defective, Wrong, or Damaged Item

Refused Deliveries & Undeliverable Addresses
***Refused deliveries by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address will be assessed a handling fee which will be deducted from any refund if requested.***
