Hello! My name is Zifa, and I created ZifasBoutique because of my passion for African prints, accessories, and homeware.

Born and raised in Togo, West Africa, I would often help my mother and aunt sell African textiles and fabrics during school breaks. I fell in love with the rich patterns and colors, and the way they helped me to feel connected with my community.

Later in life, I moved across the world to the United States and I wanted to bring that sense of home with me. I began a career with Macy’s, where I’ve been able to build my retail knowledge, but throughout this time I’ve kept my passion firmly in my heart and mind.

In 2020 I was briefly furloughed due to COVID-19, and I decided this was the perfect opportunity to manifest my dream. With my connections in Togo, I was able to build a community of African artisans and makers from whom to source my goods. I set to work designing traditional yet modern pieces to bring Afro Fusion to your everyday life.

Welcome to ZifasBoutique, your source for luxurious African-inspired fashion homewares, accessories and bedding!
